In this practice, we explore the grounding energy of Earth - movement that centres, stabilises, and brings you back home to yourself.We begin by awakening core strength and inner steadiness, then rise into a flowing yang sequence to build stability before softening back into yin - long, supported holds that invite release and stillness.Expect a steady, centring rhythm that supports digestion, core strength, and emotional balance - the essence of Earth: rooted, calm, and quietly strong.You’ll need:
→ A yoga block (or cushion)

This gentle yin session is designed to soothe worry, overthinking, and mental fatigue by reconnecting you to the stabilising energy of Earth.Through supported postures, mindful breath, and a nourishing mantra - I am enough - we create space for rest, grounding, and quiet reassurance. The practice offers a slow, restorative rhythm that helps you soften the edges of tension and return to your centre.You’ll need:
→ A bolster (or firm cushions)
→ Two blocks (or books/pillows)
